18 ins cushion covers knitted in aran weight yarn. Make the back and front the same, or use co-ordinating pieces.
Things you need to know need to make the cushions:
Materials
For either cushion:
250 g aran weight wool
pair 6 mm needles
crochet hook size for finishing if required
18 inch square cushion pad
For the Papay Cushion:
3 buttons
Actual size
to fit an 18 inch cushion pad
Tension
16 sts and 20 rows to 4 ins over pattern on 6 mm needles. (Adjust needle size if necessary.)
Notes
The cover on the needles will be slightly smaller than the pad, but will stretch to fit. (This slight stretching shows off the pattern better!)
