Full description
When I was looking at hat patterns this winter I found a number of them required larger double pointed needles. After trawling the high street for hours I decided that I may be better off making some for myself. So I did.
These are made out of pine dowel and have been finished with bees wax. They are 18cm in length amd 9mm in diameter (US13).
My large stitch markers fit snuggly on to them, as you can see in the picture. Ideal for knitting in the round.
