I made this vintage style canary bird brooch by working with an image from a 1950s birthday card before transferring it onto recycled wood. It's beautiful, striking and different. I love it!
The colour is a vibrant canary yellow with a waterproof and durable matte finish. Mounted onto reclaimed wood backing.
The brooch would look fabulous on winter jumpers, coats, dresses or bags.
The bird measures approx 75mm x 30mm at its widest points and has a brooch back securely fixed. The wood is 3mm thick.
