Full description

copyright Elizabeth Lovick 2006

This is a 'How To' book, taken from the workshops I ran with the Traditional Knitting and EZasPi Yahoo groups.

It takes you in stages from your first ‘yarn over’ to knitting with cobweb yarn and designing your own shawls etc. It includes specifically Shetland stuff - like a bit about the history of Shetland lace - and general lace stuff - like tips on how to knit with thick needles and thin yarn, how to chart lace etc. It also has a detailed section on recovering mistakes!! It includes projects like scarves, bookmarks and miniature shawls. It runs to 48 A4/ pages plus another 12 pages of hints and tips from the EZasPi group.

The Small Print!

Once I have received your payment I will send the book as a pdf attachment to an email. The file size is 1.5 MB so your inbox must be big enough to take a file of that size. All sales are final.

Please remember that this pattern is copyright, and you cannot use the pattern to make garments for sale without my permission. Thank you.
