Full description
A large semi-precious chalk turquoise freeform pendant forms the focal point of this distinctive necklace. The turquoise is lovely and vibrant in colour, and has markings in brown and black which is set off by the dark serpentine oval semi-precious beads I have strung with it. They are very dark with some elements of pink, white and green running through them, and separated by small silver plated beads and finished with an oversized lobster clasp.
Turquoise:
The Sagittarian birthstone, turquiose is thought to help with inner strength, protection from harm and mental clarity. It is also a symbol of friendship and if given by a friend or loved one it brings good fortune. Turquoise has special strengths in healing ailments of the immune, respiratory, waste and skeletal systems and is recommended by crystal healers for detoxification of alcohol, poison, pollution or radiation in the body, treatment of high blood pressure, asthma, infections, TMJ and dental problems.
Serpentine
Serpentine is very powerful in healing, aiding the clearing of blocked areas and bringing balalnce to the chakras and also is very beneficial for the heart chakra. Serpentine encourages good luck and helps people in achieving their dreams and desires.
