Full description

Mounted and signed print of Storm Approaching Horgabost Beach, Isle of Harris, Scottish western Isles

Hand mounted, titled and signed by the artist.

Outside mount size - 24.5 x 11.5 cm

Image size - 20 x 7 cm

Print is mounted with snow white mount board, titled and signed by myself and wrapped in a clear cello protective bag ready to frame(fits standard frame sizes)

The original painting from which the print was taken is created in mixed media including acrylic paint, acrylic ink, spray paint and ink.

My work is an attempt to capture the dramatic form of Scotland's mountains and islands, unpredictable weather and light in a unique style that moves away from

traditional landscape painting.

The stunning vibrant colours and layered textures in my paintings are created by experimenting with a variety of mediums including acrylic paint, acrylic inks and

spray paint.

These materials and my self taught techniques are combined to portray the mood of the sky and land, creating very graphic street art style images over organic

layers.

Please get in touch if you require an alternative size, original painting or a commission.
