According to the pattern these are called Ulster Mittens? Now I come from Ulster and must admit in all my 20 something years? lol, I haven't come across these, I notice however they shape differently at the tip, even though I can hand on heart say Ulster hands are the same shape as everyone elses I think, maybe I just haven't noticed! They are cute and so warm, just what is needed in our winter.
