Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

These adorable fine silver earrings will add a little curvy sparkle to any outfit...and are among the most popular designs that I sell in person.
I hand imprint each earring with a leafy design, and as you can see there are slight variations in the pattern layout on each one.
After firing, the earrings are tumbled for strength and shine. I hand hammer each pair of matching sterling silver earwires and finally the curvy hearts are hung from the earwires with a small 4mm "ruby" swarovski cystal bicone.
I also offer this design with "olivine" (olive green) swarovski, purple amethyst and black onyx beads (all 4mm).
The earrings hang approx 2cm below the base of the earwire and are approx. 1.5cms are the widest point.The overall drop is about 3.5cms.
The earrings will be securely wrapped in lilac tissue paper in a self seal silver pouch, & sent in a padded envelope by 1st class "sign for" post within 2 days of receipt of payment.
This has the advantage of being flat, so for purchases sent by "sign for" post, this is the most economical way of posting. It's also pretty enough to act as gift packaging in it's own right!
