Full description

Inspired by nebulas, inside a solid glass half marble I’ve formed clouds of etherial swirling blues, yellows and greens which spiral down into the centre of the pendant. At the bottom is a layer of a special glass that creates some sparkle like stars, and I’ve left it semi-transparent to let light through. The solid clear top half is solid clear glass which acts as a lens making it appear the vortex swirls down deeper than the pendant really is as well as making it partly visable at an angle. Directly head on it looks a bit like an eye, thus the name! Borosilicate glass colours do appear to change and shift with the type of light adding a little extra mystery and magic.

On the back I’ve put a simple design of metalic greens, yellows and creams with red spots, and slightly flattened it to help it hang neatly, although you could even reverse it and use the back as the front to get a second pendant from it! Ontop I’ve formed a solid clear loop to hang it from, and would look great either from a leather cord, silver chain, or even a nice ribbon.

Ideal either to add to your own design or if you'd like me to add a cord please convo me with lengths as I can add some high quality black Greek leather cord with 925 silver findings for £3.00 extra if you'd like it 'ready to wear.' This would great either as part of a formal outfit or a stunning cyberpunk outfit too!

From top of the loop to the bottom this is 35mm, it is just under 27mm at the widest point and at the thickest part it 20mm.

The glass is borosilicate, and fully annealed in a microprocessor controlled kiln.

Every pendant I make is always slightly different, so are always a true one of a kind piece of artisan flamework made entirely by hand by lampwork in my studio in the heart of the English countryside.
