We had already purchased Llangollen Ceramics birds from the tourist information centre in Llangollen, as we do a lot of walking in that area. We really liked ours, and also bought two for my mother as a birthday present. So when we turned our third bedroom into a sitting-room study, we decided to buy two more direct from Folksy, as we can't get to Llangollen during lockdown. We looked at other ceramics as an alternative, but the birds won!

Having bought two Robin's for myself I contacted Maggie to ask if she had any others available that I could buy as gifts. Maggie was brilliant, sending photos of what she already had plus more after her latest firing. I chose two pairs of round Robin's to be sent to different parts of the country. There were technical difficulties at the time of ordering, but Maggie was patient and communicated regularly whilst we got it sorted out. She's a star!

I bought these for my mum for xmas. The robin was slightly smaller than I expected but even nicer. Very good quality and absolutely beautiful. The dog in the blanket is very cute!!

As this was a present, I wanted to check it, but it was so well wrapped I did not dare to open it. Now it is on it’s way to the Netherlands.
I received a very nice note with a link to look at the way the glazing was done.
This is the third robin I have bought, the other two have a nice home with me.

I bought year as a gift for my cousin, she was delighted with them. A brief description of the process of creating this type of lottery is included. The seller was wonderfully helpful, I emailed to explain that as I couldn't personally gift the robins, I needed them to be sent direct to the recipient and she included a handwritten message on my behalf.
