I love textile art!

I live in Cornwall.
I've been married to my hubby for almost 40 years!
\I have 3 grown up children living in Cornwall, London and Australia and 4 gorgeous grandchildren also in Cornwall.
I love cats but have a JRT called Gilbert!
I love walking the dog or the grandchildren on the beach or in the country and take masses of photos on my phone. Cornwall is the inspiration for my work.
I work in my small garden room which is almost the size of the garden! It's crammed full of fabrics, threads, buttons, beads and trims all used to create my textile pictures.
|I was always a knitter and taught myself to crochet during lockdown; then after many decades after being told at school and of believing that I couldn't sew and wasn't creative I decided that I was!
I am retired on ill health (Long covid) but if I pace myself carefully I can sit in my garden room and sew to my hearts content.
