As a huge lover of notebooks and a prolific list maker, I recently turned to journalling and crafting as an outlet to support and improve my mental well-being during a tough year.
I first designed a duo of notepads to use as a guided journal & a gratitude list, which helped to reduce my stress, work through my worries and focus on the happy moments but I soon found myself getting carried away with new ideas and trialling new crafts whilst I was in recovery after surgery.
I’m not quite over the finishing line of the toughest year of my life, so GeeBee Jotters was created as a way of channelling my energies into a productive outlet and help me escape my anxieties, and of course add some much needed organisation and positivity into the everyday chaos of life!
