Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
I value my customers and want you to be happy with your purchase. As such, I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please contact me within 14 days of receipt and I will do my utmost to resolve any issues.
- Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
- Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
- Request a cancellation: before item has shipped
The following items can't be returned or exchanged: Custom or personalised orders // Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for personalised orders as they cannot be resold.
*Returning your order:*
If you've changed your mind about your order, you can return the item to me at your cost for a refund of your original purchase. Note: Buyer pays return postage.
You MUST obtain a proof of postage receipt from your Post Office when returning the item.
All returns must be sent in their original packaging in a resalable condition.
A refund will be issued once the item is back in my possession, in its original condition.
PLEASE NOTE: Items ordered may not always reach their destination for a specific date due to shipping or customs delays. This is out of my hands. Please ensure you order well in advance if you need an item for a specific date.
