My Name is Sue. I live at Bramble Cottage which nestles at the end of a lane deep within the Shropshire Countryside. Where the hills meet the sky and the seasons play out on the landscape. I take inspiration from the natural world that surrounds me, including my own chickens, and my neighbour's sheep!
I have always loved drawing ,painting and being creative. I enter my studio, put on the radio, take out my brushes and paints and then become lost in my own little creative bubble. I'm usually accompanied by my cocker spaniel Barney who always lets me know when it's time to stop and take him out for his walk. My cat Yoda is often curled up on the chair behind me.
I mainly draw, paint and needle felt for fun but more recently I have turned some of the artworks I produce into prints and cards to sell locally in my home town of Ludlow and now here on Folksy.
