i haven't received my order and royal mail is not doing anything about it

The mug is lovely. Some slight confusion about how quickly it would be posted as seller was on holiday and although they had a note on their shop, it didn't show on the individual item listing.

As I write this review I am drinking a lovely cup of tea from my new favourite mug by Zan and Me....its beautiful!

This is such a beautiful item, I bought it for my mums birthday and she was delighted with it. It was beautifully wrapped and dispatched really quickly.

Can't comment on the planter directly as it was a present but the recipient was really pleased with it. I asked for a message to be added and this was done . So I am pleased with the service overall.

This was a Christmas gift. It arrived here very well packaged in double and triple boxes. I didn't dare unwrap it completely because I had to mail it on, and it was obviously much better packed than I could. So I didn't actually see the bowl. But the recipient was full of praise and very happy. - Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful bowl, I haven't put it down since it arrived it's such a lovely thing to hold, wonderfully formed. It was so thoughtfully packed with an extra little rabbit; such a personal touch and much appreciated. It's for my mum on Mother's Day and she is taking a weekly ceramics class so I know it's going to give her lots of inspiration and brighten up her breakfast every day! Thank you so much xxx
