Each month I am printing a piece inspired by the flowers I have seen at that time of year - it has been a good way to take notice of the changing seasons. This August has been so hot and so very dry and I have found myself thinking of lush greens and abundant growth (all lacking in my garden). My sister returned from a wet holiday in North Wales with beautiful photos of moist woodlands, moss and hydrangeas. I thought them a perfect choice for August with their beautiful pink and blue flower heads holding memories of holidays and wetter years.
