Buying from me
We carry a small amount of stock, but tend to work to order. Manufacture times vary but we will endeavour to create your finished goods within 2 working days and then courier the finished items to you for around 3 - 5 working days. So please allow at least 7 working days from time of order. This schedule will vary depend on size and complexity of order.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
