Such a lovely lady and so very helpful. The Thames Garnet necklace I purchased was beautiful and perfect for me. However the ring I ordered was far too big but this was entirely my own fault. I want this ring so very much and Wendy has been so amazing. She is going above and beyond to help me get my wish and is currently making me a new one and in the same design. She even sent me out a ring gauge to make sure I don’t make the same mistake again! Highly recommend this seller. I will be using her again for sure.
