Full description
This lovely backwards looking curlew has been hand carved from jelutong and painted using artists acrylics. It has hand coloured glass eyes, split tail detail and is mounted on a pretty piece of driftwood.
It stands 37cm tall, 28cm across and 12cm deep overall. The painting is not feather perfect but tries to catch the spirit of the bird. It has a slightly rubbed back aged look and is finished to a soft shine with wax.
