I am happy to wrap and send gifts direct to recipients with a note - just specify their delivery address when you check out (I use track 24 or special delivery so you can follow it round the country to the recipient). Full description
This chunky unisex pendant features Cornish surfite bezel set in sterling silver finished off with a generously sized simple loop bail. This classic drop pendant measures approx 50mm (inc bail) by 27mm, it comes with a sterling silver snake chain but the bail is large enough to fit a cord or thong if you wanted to swap it over.
Surfite is cured epoxy resin waste that builds up during surfboard manufacture, during the glassing stage the excess resin is drained off the board and into a bucket. This pendant shows off the wide range of colours of surfboard that people choose to have made featuring a mix of black, white, lilac, red, blue and clear. One section has wavey lines theother section is more marbled. Because Toy Factory Surf (the people in Newquay I bought the rough block of surfite from) weren't expecting anyone to want their waste resin they chucked the odd bit of rubbish in there, there is a fragment of a rim from a paper cup just visible on the edge of the pendant.
You can see the block and a work in progress shot in the photos, the rough isn't included but if you want something else making drop me a message. This pendant would make a great gift for a surfer or someone with ties to the Cornish coast.
