About this item
This handsome crow has been hand carved and painted with artists acrylics. It looks entirely black in the photos but does have a silvery/black beak and leg detailing and subtle blue colouring on the body. It has glass eyes, has been finished to a soft shine with wax and is mounted on a lovely piece of dark driftwood. It is 16.5cm tall, 28cm from beak to tail and 8cm deep. This dark and moody character is unique as I doubt if I will ever make another. SN377

Just fancied doing something a bit gothic and unusual! Corvids aren't everyones favourites but if nobody loves him, he can stay on my mantlepiece forever!!

Everything is so incredibly stunning! I can't help but smile every time I see the lovely birds. Both me and my dad said it's like they're alive, haha. The spirit of the animal is truly captured in each piece, and it's just a wonder to behold. If I were rich and had plenty of space, I'd fill a house with these beautiful birds! There's so much talent and love in every piece from this amazing artist!!
