You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

If you are returning your mug(s) because you have changed your mind, the return postage must be covered by the customer. Postage note: There is discounted shipping for orders containing multiple items. Please note that any customs charges (for non-UK orders) are your responsibility and not included in the P&P fee. Please double check that you have provided Folksy with the correct delivery address for your order! If an incorrect delivery address is provided, we cannot be held responsible for item(s) not reaching you! In this instance, we are happy to re-ship items that are returned to Thefty by the mail carrier. However, we ask that the redelivery costs are covered by you, the customer. Thank you.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
