A very very helpful seller. He converted it from a normal clock to a tide clock for me, as well as painting the hand gold. And even sent a replacement hand when I got fingerprints all over the first one, as well as giving me advice on how to fit it. I'm thrilled with my tide clock, and with the whole transaction.
