Wildwatcher Collections is an independent business setup by an outdoor and nature lover who creates products that are unique and more importantly creating garments that last longer and are more sustainable.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
RETURNS • REFUNDS • EXCHANGES
Please get in touch if you are not happy with your order within 7 days and no later after receipt.
You must take reasonable care of goods ordered while in your possession and return them in there original purchased new condition (with packaging).
Faulty items: you can return to us in its original packaging with the invoice within 14 days. Once we have the item we can process your refund.
We can only refund the full amount of the item/items purchased. Not the delivery cost. We will only refund the postage cost if the return is a result of error on our behalf, otherwise delivery charges will not be refunded.
