I have designed and crafted using fabric and yarn for more than 40 years, inspired by my American heritage and wonderful Aunt Maude, a skilled seamstress and quilter. Like many I was taught a range of skills by my mother and I embroider, knit, crochet and sew.
I joined Folksy to sell curated packages of fabric and buttons for the crafter, which I do, but I have been inspired by the Folksy community to embrace my making and design skills. I now also make and sell one off hand embroidered pieces including greetings cards, pictures, and textile jewellery.
I am now proud to say I am a designer/maker and I hope you like my pieces.
