Buying from me
Each Set of Chess pieces are cold cast in gypsum and are made to order. An order can take between 2 - 3 weeks to complete at peak times, however it generally takes no more than 2. I am more than happy to offer a customization service in case you have any specific requirements that I can help you with (colors, finishes, mixes & matches are all possible).
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
