About this item
This card depicts a poinsettia flower with bright red and green leaves and a gold centre in the form of a sparkling button. The background consists of an extract of text which gives the definition of a poinsettia. Each leaf is painstakingly folded by hand from a tiny square of paper, using a traditional origami design. The 'kami' paper used is crisp and thin, which has a slightly translucent effect and vibrant colours. The gold button at the centre complements the design and adds a festive feel. Note that the addition of the button means that if you decide to post the card rather than hand-deliver it, it is likely to count as a large letter. A piece of card is included to protect the flower while it is in transit. The card measures approximately 12.5 cm square and comes with an envelope. It will be shipped within 3 days of ordering, and sent by 2nd class mail.
