A lovely gift for adults and children alike, even yourself. A crayon shaped patchwork pencil case. This was an afternoon project to try and use up some of those bits & bobs of fabric that stack up over time. Better to reuse than throw away.
A rainbow stripe effect crayon with a blue nib, sewn with 100% cottons in red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet. The outside is fully quilted as I have many small scraps of wadding too. Fully lined with a nautical themed polycotton in blues and reds and finished with an 18cm red zip.
Finished size is 29cm x 14cm. Machine washable on a delicate 30 degree wash, do not tumble dry.
Makes for an ideal gift or stocking filler for Christmas for children or adults. Or maybe a treat for yourself to take your crayons when you travel, to make memories.
