Donkeys...Where do I start? I've been creating prints of donkeys for quite a while now. They are a constant source of inspiration; their awkwardness, confusion, modesty and charm, to name a few things!

Full description
This is a hand-pulled screen print entitled 'Donkey Abstract No.1' printed in blue, black and white on brown recycled kraft card.
The print is the first of a planned series of donkey adventure prints, in a category that doesn't quite fit with the 'happenings..' or 'magic donkey' series. This donkey is in an extremely abstracted and absurd land, but lots of fun to explore!
Like all of my donkey adventure prints I decided to try and create a secret world that only they know about, full of intriguing and slightly confusing features for them to investigate. I like to create prints featuring donkeys as I feel they are very underrated creatures and deserve celebrating..
Blue, black and white System 3 inks on recycled Seawhite 300gsm acid-free kraft paper. From an edition of 18, signed, titled and numbered.
The print image measures H4xW51cm.
The paper measures H42xW59.4cm.
Printed by myself in my studio in Sheffield, UK. Each one is slightly different, as is the nature with screen-prints.
All prints will be posted securely in a card tube and sent by first-class post (UK) or Airmail (rest of the world).
