Short blouse styled A-line dress in navy and light blue patchwork prints; using same fabrics as dress 'Tasmanian Blues'. Navy blue lace short sleeves. Lined in flesh/cream polyester with blue/brown floral illustrations, so quite warm. Suitable over leggings. Two decorative cream/gold appliques of seed pods; Nigella Sativa designs, in my naturally dyed silks. Coconut buttons. SIZE: 36-38 inch bust, 29 inch back length, front length 28 inch.

My blue fabrics collection included dark blue lace, blue/black silk leopard print, caligraphy print, and others in blue/golds. I picked out the golds by appliqueing on top two oversized seed designs in naturally dyed lace and silk. The floral lining was a flesh coloured shirt with blue flowers, which dictates the shape of the dress patchworked over.
