You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within seven days after receipt of the item, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made. However, if the item has been returned from a location outside of the UK, any custom charges incurred will be taken from the refund. Fabric cut to order and embroidered artwork cannot be returned unless faulty.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Real leather squares in a metallic gold finish.
Square measuring 10cm x 10cm.
To use, cut to shape and sew over padding or straight onto fabric as applique - suitable for goldwork or any textile project.
Available in silver and copper.
Please note: Being a natural product there may be a variation of thickness, grain and finish on these leather squares. Colour may vary slightly in shade from the images shown.
I endeavour to provide fair shipping charges, however if the actual shipping cost is considerably less than the listed shipping cost, then I will refund the difference, allowing a little for packaging and my time. I do not charge more if shipping is higher than expected.
