Been delaying to greet the day with that statement but the fallen leaves carpet on my driveway says Summer is not coming back.
Dusk is creeping in earlier each day and soon it will be time to knit by the fire or a nice South facing window. Looking forward to evenings nestled up in my favourite chair with a cup of brew, a book and my knitting.

Full description
Designed and hand knitted by me in a crescent shape using a soft 25% wool mix yarn in a warm grey colour. The manufacturer calls the colour Putty. To me is a taupe or warm grey, the colour of clay, easy to combine with colours such as navy blue, maroon, pinks and light blues.
I hand knitted it centre top down in half moon shape and the pictures are taken on a size 12 standard dummy.
This crescent shaped shawl measures 75 centimetres deep by 150 wingspan.
It will make a beautiful present for a loved one or a guilty pleasure for yourself.
