I live in one of the most beautiful cities of the world and am influenced by the views and buildings I cycle through every day. Lockdown has given me the time to go on many walks and the empty streets have been very inspiring. I like to print on a variety of different papers and surfaces - in this case pages from a vintage geography book.The printed words give added interest and texture and are a link to Oxford's literary connections. The buildings in Broad Street are painted in yellows and peach but the colours in my print are also Mid Century inspired.
