This lavender filled sachet would make a lovely gift; an aromatic ‘little something’ for a friend, relative or work colleague, with its shape and size making it an easy gift to pop in the post. Hang from a doorknob, bedstead or cupboard handle or pop into a drawer or wardrobe to add a subtle scent to clothing. For an extra boost of scent, just give the pouch a little squeeze! The fabric is a lovely soft silk noil, transformed by the process of eco-dyeing. It has been embellished with a few small metallic stitches and the addition of a flower shaped button. The pouch is backed with a natural unbleached calico and is lightly filled with aromatic dried English lavender. The pouch measures approx. 9cm x 10cm, excluding the hanging ribbon.

My work predominantly comprises hand cut and burnished lino prints, inspired by the natural world and those important people in my life. I love the combination of image and text, so my own cursive writing frequently plays an integral part. * I endeavour to represent my pieces as clearly and with colours as true to life as possible, however some slight variations in tone between the image on screen and the piece itself may occur.*
