Hello, thank you for visiting my shop!
Mum deserves a little treat this Mothering Sunday, or 'just because' or perhaps it's her Birthday! This little Brooch, could be just what she needs, to see how much she means to you.
Using a Free Motion Embroidery Technique, I use the needle of my machine to sketch and write, and then finish with hand embroidery and beads. Each one is created with tiny pieces of scrap fabrics and vintage lace, which otherwise would end up in Landfill. My mission was to try to use the smallest of pieces. I stitch away in my Sewing Studio, situated in my home in the North East of England.
The fabrics are stitched onto a wool felt base and a Brooch Bar is stitched to the reverse. It will be the perfect addition for Mums outfit.
It is a delicate design, and has been lovingly stitched, with attention to detail.
Available in 2 other colours. And will be mounted on a decorated card and tissue wrapped.
