This one is crocheted in double knitting cotton yarn with a 4mm hook. Any double knitting yarn though would be suitable and you can use up your scraps. The pattern gives you clear step by step detailed instructions for the clock and covers 13 pages with 33 full colour photographs to help you. You will learn to make simple flowers and hearts for the decoration which you will be able to use for other projects too. You will need to buy a small battery clock movement which is readily available from hobby shops. These are not expensive.
