About this item
This pair of hand carved and painted grouse are mounted on a lovely piece of driftwood. They have glass eyes and are finished to a soft shine with wax. Like all of my birds, these are very tactile and smooth and people love to stroke them! This piece is 31cm long, 21cm tall and 10cm deep overall.

The stunning piece of driftwood was just the right shape and size to compliment grouse. I love painting brown birds and these seem vibrant despite apparently being just brown!!

Everything is so incredibly stunning! I can't help but smile every time I see the lovely birds. Both me and my dad said it's like they're alive, haha. The spirit of the animal is truly captured in each piece, and it's just a wonder to behold. If I were rich and had plenty of space, I'd fill a house with these beautiful birds! There's so much talent and love in every piece from this amazing artist!!
