Full description
This is a unique original graphite pencil drawing of a white orchid in flower. From the base of long, tough, shiny dark leaves grows a tall stem bearing seven pure white flowers hanging down in a cascade. The flowering orchid in its pot is captured in a soft light which throws a diffused shadow onto the wall behind, perfectly suited to the subtle shades of a graphite pencil drawing.
Drawn on high quality cartridge paper, the picture is presented in an off-white / pale cream colour mount, with a backing board and protected in a clear cellophane bag. Measuring (with mount) 12” wide by 16” tall (image size 8” by 12”) - that’s approximately 30 by 40 (20 by 30) in cm - it will fit a readily-available standard-size frame.
