I love to use recycled silk scarves in my work, which I buy from local charity shops.
This means I have to work with the textiles I come across, which is what inspires me .
I love all flowers especially wild flowers .

POPPIES. This picture is designed and created by myself from recycled silk scarves.
I place layer upon layer of silk and organza to create texture
I use free machine embroidery to add detail to the flower
This picture is made as a greetings card so can be a card and a gift too.
Comes in a cellophane wrapper and with an envelope
It can be easily framed.
Size 14.5cm x 14.5cm.
