About this item
A handmade stoneware dish with a super cute owl perched on its edge. Hand built from creamy clay and impressed with vintage lace. I sculpt each dish and model every owl with a unique personality. A perfect piece to sit on your dressing table – ideal for storing earrings, wedding rings and other precious items. You could also use as a soap dish - to clean simply wash gently with soapy water. Will be carefully wrapped and posted first class. Measures approx 9cm x 9cm. I hand make these dishes in small batches. Your item might have slight variations to those pictured. Every item is individually handmade and no two will ever be perfectly identical - I think this makes each piece extra special.

You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made.

I wanted to incorporate my love of nature with a dash of whimsy, creating useable homeware items that would make unique gifts. The making process is lengthy with many stages.... -Hand making, impressing lace and forming dish -Hand modelling and attaching owl, then drying time -Bisque firing to 1070 degrees -Cooling -Glazing -Glaze fire to 1260 degrees -Cooling again
