About this item
This copper toggle clasp has been completely handmade and etched with a fingerprint like Japanese design. A circle is cut to accommodate the toggle, which has been forged from 1.5mm / 15 gauge copper wire. The shape of the toggle is created by hammering, pinching and manipulating the wire with pliers, then hammered to flatten and curve formed in a cupola die: The clasp is formed from .7mm / 21 gauge sheet copper and is formed with a cupola and die to give it its wonderful curved shape. Attached with 1mm / 18 gauge jump rings. The clasp you receive may vary slightly from the one shown clasp size is 2.5cm x 2.5cm (1 inch x 1 inch)
