I was inspired to make these cafetiere cosies as my mum had been given a rather plain one and I decided to experiment myself and this was the result. I love buttons and these wonderful ceramic fair trade buttons just add the finishing touch!

Lovingly handmade with the help of my trusty sewing machine this cafetiere cosy is made with Clarke and Clarke fabrics using insulated wadding to keep your coffee nice and warm and finished off with handmade, hand painted fair trade ceramic buttons. The cosy will fit a standard size cafetiere and is secured at the back with a Velcro tab. To complement the cafetiere cosy there is also a matching tea cosy - please see my other listings.
All materials used are fully machine washable at a low temperature including the ceramic buttons.
