Full description
This handmade purse has been made with fabric that my friend brought back from Vietnam when she was on holiday in January 2013. It reminds me of a Chinese brocade fabric, but it may just be very similar. It has a lovely soft feel to it. It has a black background with various dragonflies printed on it.
I have embellished the front of the purse with some black lace with turquoise satin ribbon and five black buttons. The purse has a black zip closure, and a self fabric zip pull. It has been interfaced to give it structure, and the lining is a heavy weight calico fabric.
This unique fabric purse can be used as a coin purse. It is big enough to hold several cards, notes and a quantity of silver and copper change. The purse would make a lovely gift, especially if you put something else inside it!

The purse is 16.5cm (6.5ins) wide and 12cm (4.75ins) deep.
