LEO - colours of autumn
I have knit this scarf with fair trade yarn, a blend of merino wool and silk. The scarf is rich in the colours of autumn; rust, orange, gold and brown with flecks of cream. It is long and soft and will keep you lovely and warm. It measures 20cm wide and 180 cm long (approx).
The yarn is supplied by Manos del Uruguay, a fair trade organisation, which helps women in rural communities to achieve economic independence. Each scarf will be supplied with a label, signed by the woman who dyed the yarn, proof of origin - a nice touch, I think.
Please note that the scarf should be hand washed and dried flat. It may lengthen with wear.
Returns and refunds
If you are not happy with your purchase please get in touch with me. The item must be returned in its original condition within 14 days of receipt then a full refund given. The buyer will be responsible for the return postage.
