Welcome to Rainy Daze Gift Shop, feel free to have a browse and ask any questions you may have. I have a passion for crafting and love playing with new mediums. Some items can be personalised and most can be tweaked if the size isn't quite right.
I aim to post out within 24 hours for a ready made item, personalised items can take up to 7 days although I do aim to turnaround in 48hrs wherever possible.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
