There’s nothing that reminds you of your own childhood more than when you first set up a home of your own.
I’m a sucker for tradition and when I was preparing for my first Christmas in my own home I wanted to re-create some of the family traditions I had enjoyed as a child. I still remember my dear grandmother stuffing the Christmas Pudding with silver threepenny bits, some depicting the head of a very young Queen Victoria!
I have recreated that memory taking into account today’s Health and Safety advice and have gathered together the traditional charms for you to create your own Christmas Pudding delight. And just for fun there’s some information included on how the traditions came to be.

The charms are lovely, I like those very much. The sheet that came with it was a little disappointing. I thought it looked like a card that could be displayed with the charms. It was just a piece of paper that was rather wrinkled and not cut with straight edges. I think the descriptions should be printed on card stock instead of paper. That would be my only negative comment. Sorry!

I never received the two sets of charms that I ordered. I emailed the seller twice but never received a response. I would avoid this seller.
