We are a small Cotswold business with a passion for wool and all things woolly. We love what we do – we know our suppliers – we pay a fair price – all the animals that supply our wool are well cared for- we love the fact that we can put 100% natural on all our product range.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

POSTAGE
All items will be posted first class Royal Mail.
VINTAGE BEAR KNITTING KITS AND KNITTING YARN
We will do our best to dispatch your craft kits within 2 working days of receiving the order. In busy times this may be a little longer – we are a small family run company, the kits are assembled by hand not by machine and we only have so many hands.
If your kits are needed urgently for gifts please e-mail us at admin@cotswoldknittingcompany.com and we will do everything we can to help.
CUSHIONS
These are made up to order and will be dispatched within 10 working days.
THROWS
These gorgeous throws are hand knitted and take weeks to make. We hold a small amount of stock but if your chosen throw is not available we will let you know the estimated delivery time and offer you the choice of a full refund or being put on the waiting list.
RETURNS
We are very proud of our products and want our customers to be happy with everything they purchase from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then please return the item(s) within 28 days of purchase in perfect condition for a full refund or a replacement.
