Biscuit baker and decorator, royal icing arranger, fondant fiend

I started my business in Suffolk in 2016 on a whim, whilst on maternity leave l. I was inspired by a short film I happened to come across of a lady in the States icing cookies on Instagram's own account, I had a powerful desire to give it a try and I haven't really looked back. I am completely self-taught and still have a lot to learn in the realm of biscuit decoration. Single boxed letterbox biscuits are a new thing for me, usually people get in touch with their craziest ideas that they want me to recreate on a set of biscuits for someone special - most of my sets are usually completely bespoke. I also do wedding favours, corporate biscuits and party biscuits, and gift boxes of either half a dozen or a dozen. Do get in touch if you need something specific. This is my tertiary job, my first being full time mother. I have other commitments as well but icing and decorating biscuits is a labour of love for me so I tend to fit this in whenever I can and so far the juggle is working out. Best wishes Peta
