crafty treats handmade with love

Hi.

Welcome to my little shop, Simply Sanree.

I live in Berkshire with my daughter and husband who have exercised great tolerance with the mess I make when I make my crafts.

I grew up with my mother in Jamaica who was a dressmaker and sometimes she would give me some of her left over fabrics which I would use to attempt to make a variety of things from dolls and doll's clothing to bags and purses. They weren't perfect but that was where I started. As I grew older, I realized that I got tremendous pleasure from using my hands to create things and would always be crafting throughout my life whether or not I made money from it.

Aside from crafting, I also enjoy dancing, writing and travelling. I get inspired by different forms of beauty whether it's nature, people, or buildings.
