Quiet Earth items are created, packaged and dispatched with minimal environmental impact.
All waxes/finishes used are animal-free.
All items are dispatched via Royal Mail.
To avoid you paying hidden 'free shipping' costs included in the price of your purchases all shipping is charged seperately on a flat-fee basis.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Due to hygiene regulations, earrings for pierced ears are exempt from return or exchange.
Returned items must be received in their original condition with all other items and packaging included.
Refunds will only be issued upon receipt of returned items.
Buyers are deemed responsible for any postal charges incurred for standard returns.
Quiet Earth is not deemed liable for any customs charges incurred by buyers.
